Leadership Philosophy
Watch the work first: The request people write is “make entry faster.” The real requirement, found by shadowing, is “stop entering it twice.”
Scope is a written no: Every request that does not serve the goal waits, and the reason is written down so it does not come back as a surprise.
Plan the handoff: Documentation is a deliverable with a user. It goes in the plan from day one, not into cleanup at the end.
