I design software for people who are already stressed when they open it: a meal log, a loan map, a group trying to pick dinner. The User Experience Design minor is not decoration; it is how I decide what never appears on the screen.
Experience
UI/UX Design Intern: Designed the patient app and clinician dashboard as two products that share data and not a tone. Set the patient-facing rules in the interface: no calorie counts, no crying pet, no red failure state.
Web Design Intern: Designed the agency site so type carries the page: two hero actions, and brand, campaigns, and content as a numbered scan.
Product Design Intern: Framed group dining with allergies as an iMessage task, backed by research with 200+ people.
Design & Delivery Lead: Led a team of four on an eligibility map and an editing flow non-technical staff can use.
B.S. Computer Science: Minor in User Experience Design.
How I Design
Write the rules first: Before any screen: who sees what, what never appears, and what happens in a crisis. The permission model is the design.
Design where the task lives: The group decision happens in the chat, so SupperSquad lives in iMessage. The best interface is often the one people already have open.
Ship it, then critique it: The shipped product is the real review. I stay through implementation and change what real use exposes.
