I find the right providers, earn the first conversation, and hand off qualified meetings with the notes already written. At Pippa I ran 229+ discovery calls with clinicians in a sensitive nutrition and eating category and helped bring the platform to 200+ outpatient clinics. Case Studies
Who I reached, how I qualified them, what I handed off, and what came of it.
Pippa: Provider outreach for a HIPAA compliant healthtech startup in a sensitive nutrition and eating category. I ran 229+ discovery calls with clinicians and helped bring the platform to 200+ outpatient clinics.
WIND Marketing: A Chicago marketing agency. I prospected and pitched small-business clients through cold outreach and referrals, then supported each account through delivery.
Neighborhood Finance: A nonprofit client that could describe the outcome but not the system. I led stakeholder interviews with non-technical staff and delivered a tool that saves them $100,000+ a year.
HerdRight: A two-sided livestock marketplace. I led a team of 5 to launch it for 30K+ buyers and sellers, and it was acquired in December 2025.
Iowa State: Allocated $2.6M+ in annual student funding, and presented and defended each decision to the stakeholders who asked for it.
How I Build Pipeline
Prospecting & Lead Sourcing: Target provider organizations sourced and prioritized by email, phone, and LinkedIn.
Discovery Calls: Consultative calls about workflow and pain points first. 229+ with clinicians at Pippa.
Qualification: Needs, workflows, and fit confirmed before a meeting is booked, so partner time goes to real opportunities.
Meetings & Handoffs: Qualified meetings scheduled for the closer, with discovery notes attached.
CRM Discipline: Every touch, meeting, and lead status logged, so the pipeline is accurate when someone looks.
Data-Driven Messaging: Weekly review of outreach numbers and objections, turned into revised scripts and follow-up sequences.

FAQ
How do you handle rejection on high-volume outreach?: I treat each no as information. At Pippa we collected objections every week and rewrote scripts and follow-ups from them. At WIND Marketing the pitch that closes is the one I changed after the last ones that did not.
How do you run a discovery call with a provider?: I ask about their workflow and their patients before I mention a product. I listen for pain points, confirm fit, and only then book the next meeting.
What makes a good handoff?: A qualified lead, a scheduled meeting, and discovery notes the representative can read in two minutes, so they walk in already knowing the clinic.
How do you keep the CRM accurate?: Every touch, meeting, and status change gets logged the same day. At Pippa the founders worked straight from that shared pipeline.
Have you worked in a sensitive healthcare category?: Yes. Pippa worked in nutrition and eating. Anything that could read as clinical advice went through clinical review, and we never used calorie counts or before-and-after framing.
Can you work fully remote?: Yes. Pippa and WIND Marketing are both remote, and I manage my own outreach blocks, follow-up calendar, and priorities. I am based in Chicago.
