POI

Two tests: how often we posted, and a loop that borrows attention from conversations we were not in.

POI needed an audience, fast, without pretending a label budget existed. I ran a 90-day test. Followers grew 160%. The window also produced 20,000 views.

Problem

Posting more is not a strategy until you know which frequency the account can sustain and which one the audience answers. A new artist also has no retargeting pool. The people who would care are already in other threads.

Process

Test one was cadence. I changed the posting rhythm and watched follows and views, not likes in isolation. Test two was distribution: find conversations in the lane where the artist was not tagged, join them in voice, and give a reason to land on the profile. Every reply was logged with what it did, so week six was not a restart.
